The Griddle Set, comprising the Carbon Steel Griddle and the Stainless Steel Press, is designed to maximise the direct heat contact between your ingredients and the cooking surface, which in turn maximises crisping and caramelising. As a result, everything from toasted sandwiches to blackened snapper tastes richer, more savoury, and more complex. The optional Italian leather handle covers provide comfort while carrying the Griddle or using the Grill Press. Preheat the Grill Press on the Griddle for best results.

Our Carbon Steel Griddle comes pre-seasoned with a mixture of coconut oil and shea nut oil to bring the best elements of a restaurant cooktop to your home from day one. It is half the weight of cast iron but every bit as durable—so it heats evenly, responds quicker, and is light enough to move from your hob to grill.
