Crafted in Italy, we coat each piece of our Award-Winning 5-Ply Stainless Clad Cookware with multiple layers of professional-grade Non Stick. The result is an even-heating stainless base with a frictionless cooking surface that is durable enough for high-volume restaurant kitchens, and is the easiest to clean.

The large cooking surface of the versatile Saute Pan is built for searing or sautéeing, while the high straight walls and 3.3L capacity makes this shape ideal for reducing or braising. Our hollow Stay Cool Handle™ allows you to perfect your sautée flip without burning your hand. Our Stainless and Coated Clad frying pans are tested by a third-party under the European Food Contact Safety Regulations (Report #158240287a 001). The report came to the following conclusions:

  • "This substance is included in the union list of Food Contact Material Regulation and below respective Standard Migration Limits.
  • "Considering the toxicology data, this substance is considered non-genotoxic"
  • For the Cramer Class's tested (I&III) there was "no safety concern"

This Non Stick Saute Pan is not dishwasher safe. In order to maintain the non stick coating, we recommend hand washing it with a mild soap or cleanser.

How do I cook with the Non Stick Saute Pan?

To protect its cooking surface, we do not recommend using metal utensils in the Non Stick Saute Pan. It can be used on the hob, including induction hobs, and is also oven safe up to 260°C.
